Table Tennis

Table tennis, also known as ping pong, is a fast-paced indoor sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth across a rectangular table using small paddles. The game is played on a table divided by a net, and players score points by making the ball land on the opponent’s side of the table in a manner that they cannot return it successfully. Table tennis is governed by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) and is played both recreationally and competitively at various levels, including the Olympics. The sport requires quick reflexes, agility, and strategic thinking. It is popular worldwide and is characterized by quick rallies and spin techniques.
